About Us

The Office of International Relations (OIR) serves as a focal point for the HTU community to identify opportunities for academic exchanges, collaborative research, and mobility. In concert with agencies, such as Fulbright, Campus France, and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the Office endeavors to provide scholarship and grant opportunities for study and research. Additionally, OIR establishes partnerships with universities globally, forging pathways for mobility and raising HTU’s profile internationally.
