Quality Assurance Office (Quality Nominee)
The Quality Nominee is the central point of contact with Pearson/BTEC and ensures that the LIV’s, Internal Verifiers, and Assessors are standardized and supported throughout the internal verification process across all of HTU’s programmes.
The QAO follows Pearson’s policies to make certain that HTU is working to set quality standards and best practices to deliver and safeguard BTEC qualifications. As the initial point of contact at HTU for Pearson’s International Standards Verifiers, the QAO makes the appropriate arrangements for the relevant Lead Internal Verifier to conduct sampling as required.
The main objective is to essentially monitor the implementation of the quality-assurance process.
